My Methods
My experience working internationally in diverse sectors allows me to understand the demands placed on today's business processes. This external view is further enhanced by my professional experience in human resource management in the service sector, which enables me to evaluate the current situation from my clients' perspective. Individual, tailor-made solutions are made possible by selecting the appropriate method or combination of methods from the numerous training courses I pursue in order to broaden and update my choice of methods and tools. Should a project call for specialists in other areas or for multiple trainers or coaches, I will select appropriate assistance from my extensive and international professional network.
My professional tools include:
DISC ® (Persolog analysis) enhances employee performance by analysing their personality type, and providing the working methods best suited to that type. Individuals are systematically assigned to one of the four basic personality types and participate in a course of training and coaching sessions focusing on areas of improvement: participants are provided with performance-enhancing tools they can apply to their own processes.
TMS ® (Team Management Systems) is an assessment and feedback system used to improve team work and results. TMS® defines the tasks and competencies of individuals or teams and optimises their allocation. Successful implementation leads to greater team spirit and the more efficient and effective completion of tasks and projects.
IRC © (Intercultural Readiness Check) prepares people for overseas assignments and international work. It measures an individual's ability to work in and with other cultures, identifying their strengths or weaknesses in key areas. A systematically developed programme of training and coaching sessions focuses on relevant areas of improvement.
PROSCI © is a change management tool for saving time and money during process and organization optimization. Designed to ensure the efficient and timely implementation of the necessary changes during the process, PROSCI provides a simple and effective system for analysing the current situation, creating options, and implementing comprehensive and structured change management programmes.
